Austin interviewed for Black Country Talking Newspaper

Dudley MP Ian Austin has been interviewed by the Black Country Talking Newspaper and Magazine.

Dudley MP Ian Austin is to be interviewed by the Black Country Talking Newspaper and Magazine as part of their People of Interest in the Black Country section.

The Black Country Talking Magazine is an audio CD of local news for blind and partially sighted people who live in the Dudley borough. They produce a weekly audio newspaper and monthly magazine which is posted out free of charge to over 200 visually impaired residents living in the borough.

Austin’s interview will take place on Friday 3rd October at 2pm and will include his history growing up in Dudley, along with details of his recent charity climb up Ben Nevis.

Ian Austin said:

“We’ve got great local papers here in the Black Country, and The Black Country Talking Newspaper and Magazine is no exception.

“It’s a fantastic resource for the local blind and partially sighted community and it was great to be invited in for an interview.”
