Dudley North MP Ian Austin will help pull pints at Sedgley Scouts Beer Festival at the Jubilee Scout Hall, on Friday 27th October from 6pm – 9pm.
The event will raise money for the Scouts, Children in Need and help towards local projects.
Austin is a member and supporter of the Campaign for Real Ale and has took part in local beer festival for years.
This year’s festival promises to be the biggest yet, with great ales, ciders and live music from Ben and Alun Davies, Irish band Damn The Weather and rockers Starving Dogs.
Ian Austin said:
“I was a Cub Scout myself in Dudley so it’s great to give back to the work they do helping young people develop much needed life skills.
“Last year’s festival was really popular and raised lots of money for good causes, so I’m really pleased to help out on the bar again this year.
“The Black Country is home to some of the best brewers in Britain like Holden’s and Fownes and brilliant pubs like The Beacon and The Jolly Crispin, so there’s guaranteed to be some great beer on offer.”
