Jobs and training in Transport and Construction

Next Tuesday there’s a chance to get jobs or training in construction and transport in Dudley and the Black Country.

It’s on Tuesday 31st July, 10am – 1pm at the Army Reserve Centre, Vicar Street, Dudley, DY2 8RH. Book your FREE ticket using the link below.

I’ve always said we need to make education and skills our number one priority – not just to give youngsters a first class start but to attract new investment, new industries and new jobs and to help adults get new jobs too.

This is a chance to see the jobs, training and apprenticeships available at some of the region’s construction and transport companies.

Young people in the Black Country are as good as anyone, but long-term youth unemployment is still twice the national average, so events like this are a great chance to see the different options available for everyone in our town.
